The foundation does not return any rewards to the foundation’s employees.

Objectives of the Foundation

According to article 2.1 of the Articles of Association, the objectives are to support and supervise disadvantaged people in the realization of an independent, self-sufficient, full and meaningful existence, both in the personal and social field, All this in the broadest sense of the word.

The main thrust of the general policy plan of the Foundation

The general policy plan stems from the objectives in the Articles of association. The Foundation seeks to achieve these goals under article 2.2 of the statutes inter alia by:

  • Organising social and educational trainings, courses, activities and/or meetings;
  • Realising local training centres;
  • Providing coaching and/or accompaniment to small (novice) ondememers;
  • (do) Start-up and/or guide to a better functioning of small businesses, thereby improving (local) employment and realising a source of income for people;
  • Cooperating with, training and/or guiding organisations that pursue a similar objective;
  • The provision of information and/or advice by using the different forms of media available;
  • (doing) fundraising;
  • Collaborate with various (local) organizations and institutions;
  • The making or carrying out of any further acts which are related to the foregoing in the broadest sense or which, in the opinion of its administration, may be beneficial, useful and/or desirable.

Love for care – that is what drives Marianne Otterspeer in her work. “Nowhere are people so pure and vulnerable as in the healthcare sector.” That love arose during her first part-time job in a nursing home. “Because of the wonderful work people do, but also because of the stories of residents and patients.” She lived and worked in Asia for a while with her family. This has confirmed to her even more that every human life is unique and valuable.

Based in the Netherlands, Ab runs his own business as controller, information manager, project manager, administrative and financial expert. He has extensive experience in all aspects of financial management, controlling and accounting and information systems, in particular. His ambition is to provide clients with optimal information (systems) for the purpose of organization management and control. In his spare time he supports the MBC as treasurer.
